AAA Air Conditioning utilizes proven Total Quality Management processes and applies them to service requests to provide continual process improvement and the highest levels of customer satisfaction. We track our status during each job, then we record the performance to feed back pass/fail information on 12 different service categories to each technician assigned to a job. Upon job completion this data is logged into an annual job performance database. This data is processed and analyzed which enables us to remove impediments to successful on time job completion.
